BRUCE DAVID EISEN, President
Prior to founding Digital Advisors, Mr. Eisen was president of CinemaNow where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the company and all business development and legal activities. In that capacity he successfully negotiated CinemaNow's agreements with such major Hollywood studios as Warner Brothers, MGM, 20th Century Fox, Sony and The Walt Disney Company. In addition, Eisen brought great success to the company, spearheading distribution and marketing partnerships with MSN, SBC, Best Buy and other globally-recognized companies. Eisen received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1991, and his B.A. cum laude with high honors in Philosophy from Clark University in 1984. Eisen parlayed his law degree from the University of Southern California into a 10-year career in the Hollywood entertainment industry. His expertise spans a diversity of business and creative enterprises, ranging from heading up the Legal/ Business Affairs Department for Trimark Pictures to writing and producing films. Eisen's producing credits include cult genre favorites "Warlock: The End of Innocence," starring Bruce Payne, "The Dentist 2," starring Corbin Bernsen "Leprechaun in the Hood," starring Warwick Davis and Ice-T as well as two films based on Stephen King properties, "Trucks," and "Sometimes They Come Back For More." In addition, he shares a writing credit on "Warlock: The End of Innocence," the third installment in the popular series.

JOHN CALDWELL
John Caldwell is an innovative e-mail marketing executive with over ten years experience in integrated e-mail marketing and lifecycle messaging. Caldwell has brought his utilization of e-mail marketing best practices including customer segmentation and profiling and operational analysis to a number of major clients including CarsDirect, eHarmony, Experian Consumer Direct and Verizon Wireless, amongst others.
Caldwell’s experience includes detailed understanding of the CAN-SPAM and COPPA laws allowing him to design e-mail campaigns that are not only effective and but also fully compliant with all applicable laws.
Caldwell has extensive experience having managed the email marketing and subscription lists for client’s Customer Retention Management of up to 10 million subscribers daily mail as well as all aspects of e-mail marketing campaign execution including tracking, reporting, extended features and closed-loop lifecycle messaging campaigns. In addition, Caldwell developed viral campaigns using affiliates, friend-forwarding features, online forms, event-triggered instant live response.
While at Experian, Caldwell created and implemented the company’s strategic e-mail marketing plans and campaigns including data extraction, warehousing and administration of e-mail lists. In addition, Caldwell designed the company’s e-mail marketing guidelines to optimize email communications including welcome messaging, event triggers, transactional/post-transactional and alert messaging with up/cross-sell components, and targeted marketing messages. Caldwell also developed reporting matrices to measure campaign operational statistics, conversion, and reconciliation with operating processes, supporting the company’s continued growth.
